She declares I suffered physical and psychological abuse because of Antonio Hernandez Favela and his brother Jose Hernandez Favela. They would hit us and say bad words at us. I remember when I would wet my bed Jose would punch me in the back and he would make me wash my blankets and Antonio would slap me and kick me. I never had any sexual abuse. I was only victim to physical abuse. All the children from the ranch were treated this way. I left the ranch because I escaped at 12 years old and days before Antonio hit me, kicked me on the ground and slapped me. I never told anyone that I was afraid of being at the ranch because I was afraid it would get worse. When I left my sister took me to DIF. They checked me out and asked me what happened and I told them, but Antonio was still left in charge of the ranch. They never did anything.
