Alleged Female Victim B (earlier testimony)

October 19th, 2007 by Miracle Ranch

When I was 11 or 12 years old, Tony Hernandez touched my breasts, and forcefully kissed me. This happened in my bedroom frequently with Antonio Hernandez Favela. It also happened on occasion in Tony’s office.

As punishment they sometimes made me go without breakfast or without a meal while others ate, and had us run around while the others were eating. I have scars in the left leg caused by beatings by Jose Hernandez Favela.

On one occasion, (Alleged Child Victim), when she was 6 or 7 years old, I saw her bleeding from her crotch, in great for pain and crying. She was wearing shorts and was bleeding down her thighs. At the same time, I saw Jose Hernandez Favela moving away from that area, adjusting his pants. I saw Edna clean the blood off her thighs. Later, Edna told us that (Alleged Child Victim) had an accident with a cactus and she didn’t want anyone to bother her (Alleged Child Victim) and that we should pray for (Alleged Child Victim). A little later in the dormitory, Edna told to all the girls that (Alleged Child Victim) did not have an accident, she had started menstruating. Also I remember I saw Jose Hernandez pull the ear of one of the children and it tore and bled for a long time, and didn’t heal for maybe 5 years. The name of child is (another alleged victim). At the time when this happened, (American Volunteer) came and saw what happened and he got very angry. He took the child that will treat it at the infirmary. Later I saw (American Volunteer) having a discussion with Tony Hernandez inside his house. I saw them through the window and Randy looked red of the face and very angry. The following day, Randy and his wife they were gone. They didn’t say goodbye. I am speaking about this today because I want justice against Tony Hernandez Favela, Jose Hernandez Favela, and Edna Whipple his wife, and to prevent them from abusing other children.
