Miracle Ranch

About Miracle Ranch (Rancho El Milagro) Miracle Ranch Orphanage is located a few miles Northeast of Ensenada in Baja California, Mexico. It is the home of boys and girls from around the region. Many of which have been abused, neglected, or abandoned. The Orphanage operates under the guidelines set forth by the Mexican Social Services Department known as Desarrollo Itegral De la Familia (DIF). DIF is responsible for the placement and care of all orphaned and abandoned children in Mexico.

The daily operation of the orphanage is overseen by directors (Tony and Edna) who are responsible to the Miracle Ranch Orphanage Foundation. It is the requirement of the Miracle Ranch Orphanage Foundation Board of Directors that the Directors at the Orphanage (Tony and Edna) abide by the greatest standard of them all, The Holy Bible.

Currently we do not believe that this is now taking place and the Miracle Ranch Orphanage Foundation Board of Directors has asked Tony and his family to remove themselves from orphanage property until such time that the current legal investigations of sexual and physical abuse against the children at the orphanage can be completed by the Mexican government. They have refused to leave and are still at the orphanage and deny all responsibility to the Miracle Ranch Orphanage Foundation Board of Directors as well as denying responsibility to their home church.

You should know that Tony with, what we believe to be the unknowing, help of others has established an alternate “board” to raise money. It appears that Tony believes this action removes him from any responsibility to the Miracle Ranch Foundation Board of Directors and lets him use all of the incoming monies without accountability to anyone. We have been told by the Mexican attorneys preparing the case against TONY and His Brother that Tony apparently has a large source of monies available to him which are being used to pay off local officials and pay the attorneys that Tony has hired.

It is our recommendation that you ONLY support Rancho El Milagro via Miracle Ranch Orphanage Foundation at the following address:

The Miracle Ranch Orphanage Foundation Board of Directors continues to hold Tony and Edna accountable not only for the money they receive but also for the safety of the children and WE are working with the Mexican government to enforce that accountability

It should be understood that the bulk of the monies raised for all of the Orphanage property, the property in town (known as the youth house) and most of the buildings were initiated by and came from the director’s home church with additional monies coming from other supporting churches and individuals. This was done with the specific provision that the property must be used in perpetuity as an orphanage and under the direction of the Miracle Ranch Orphanage Foundation Board of Directors. In writings and by verbal promises Tony acknowledged the ownership by the foundation with each infusion of large amounts of money. He has now told the foundation, through his attorney, that the property is NOW his personal home and he can do with it as he wishes. A legal action is now before the Mexican government to correct the situation and have Tony removed from the property, until such time that it can be determined by the Mexican government if he is guilty of the wrong doings that he has been accused of by the children from Miracle Ranch. The Miracle Ranch Orphanage Foundation Board of Directors remains steadfast in its efforts and desires to work with the Mexican Government to bring to justice those that may have harmed the children.

If, after reading the PUBLIC TESTIMONIES you agree that the Mexican Government action should continue please consider offering support so that we may correct the apparent wrong doings with the children. All donations should be mailed to:
