The Truth

About the truth

In the late summer of 2006 allegations of sexual and physical abuse by Tony Hernandez and others, against the children of the orphanage, came to the attention of the Miracle Ranch Orphanage Foundation. After confirmation, by polygraph tests taken by the alleged victims, attorneys were hired and the matter was brought to the attention of several agencies of the Mexican Government. Those agencies are now actively involved in the investigation and the preparation of legal motions that will go before the courts of Mexico.

Repeated efforts have been made by Miracle Ranch Orphanage Foundation to have Tony come forward and answer the allegations in a manner that could be supported by the Foundation Board of Directors. These included taking a polygraph test, as the alleged victims had, or meeting with Foundation Board and their attorneys, or having Tony and Edna agree to meet with their home church in Danville, California and respond to them. In each and every case Tony and Edna have refused to talk to anyone.

Further, in numerous mailings and website publications Tony and others have denied that there is an investigation or if there is one that it is not serious. The Foundation is frustrated by the fact that this is misleading Christians and generous supporters of the orphanage, everywhere, who have a right to know what it is that they are supporting. To assist you in understanding what is actually happening and what is being said we are presenting official testimonies and polygraph tests that are of PUBLIC RECORD IN MEXICO.

Warning: The testimonies you are about to read contain specific questions and statements of testimonies given in the environment of a court of law about sexual abuses of children at Rancho El Milagro (The United States name is Miracle Ranch Orphanage, the english translation). For the most part the alleged victims identify Tony and his brother Jose as the abusers. The alleged abuses took place over a long period of time with repeated acts on numerous children. There are now several official governmental legal actions underway to remove Tony and others from the orphanage property and have the Mexican Court determine the truth and bring those to justice who have abused the children.

Please READ the testimonies then determine for yourself, if it is reasonable for:
